Zadar 6 Wind Farm is located in the hilly area of Velika Popina, around 18 kilometres east of Gračac, north of the village of Otrić and the Gračac-Knin road. The site lies in a transitional mountain area connecting the Plješevica and Dinara massifs, characterised by rugged terrain with ridges, peaks and deep- cut valleys.

The wind farm was commissioned on 31 December 2010 and comprises 4 Siemens SWT-93 wind turbines, each with a rated capacity of 2.3 MW. The turbines feature one-piece blades manufactured using advanced technology that supports high aerodynamic efficiency, enhanced operational reliability and lower noise levels.
