Development and investment model

The Group's core business comprises developing new projects, acquiring existing projects and managing the entire lifecycle of power plants - from permitting and financing through construction and commissioning to long-term maintenance.

Although the Group participates in project development and construction from the earliest stages, it expands its portfolio primarily by acquiring existing projects or companies that operate wind farms or hold projects at an advanced stage of development. The Group continues to strengthen its position in Croatia's energy transition while evolving into a green investment holding company focused on renewable energy projects.

As the first and only joint-stock company listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange focused exclusively on renewable energy - a pure-play renewable energy company - the Group offers a unique proposition to investors seeking sustainable investment opportunities in the sector.

The Group consists of the parent company Professio Energia d.d. and the companies Danilo Energija d.o.o., VE Rudine d.o.o. and Liburana d.o.o., in which it holds a 100% stake, as well as EKO d.o.o. and Velika Popina d.o.o., in which it holds a 50% stake.

In companies in which Professio Energia holds a 50% stake, governance is based on the principle of equal participation by both members, who represent the company jointly. Each member participates in the appointment of one member of the Management Board, while decisions and activities of greater significance require the prior approval of the General Assembly. This governance model enables joint decision-making and balanced control over key matters relating to the company's operations and project development.

Group and portfolio structure

The Group currently manages a project portfolio with a total installed capacity of more than 140 MW, with an additional 100 MW under development at various stages.
