Against the backdrop of evolving regulatory requirements and the European Union's climate-neutrality goals, we continue to develop projects in line with the highest environmental standards, with particular focus on protecting biodiversity, ensuring corporate transparency and integrating ESG principles into our day-to-day processes. Through our corporate social responsibility initiatives, we also extend our ESG approach to creating positive social impact. In this way, sustainability becomes an integral part of our corporate culture rather than simply a reporting requirement.

The Group's approach to sustainability is built on three core pillars: economic resilience, environmental responsibility and social inclusion.

Our aim is to strengthen the resilience of our business model through technological innovation, geographic expansion, optimised risk management and support for the transition to a low-carbon economy. Transparent communication and responsible corporate governance play a particularly important role in this approach, reflected in structured ESG reporting and active investor engagement.

Growth and sustainability strategy
2025–2030

By 2030, Professio Energia plans to add a further 100 MW of wind, solar and BESS projects to its portfolio, contributing to climate goals and energy independence. Our ESG approach also encompasses social impact through community engagement initiatives.

Sustainability Reports

Transparency towards all our stakeholders is a cornerstone of our ESG strategy. We have therefore prepared our first Sustainability Report, presenting our approach to sustainable business as well as our key activities, impacts and results. It also provides a foundation for regularly monitoring and transparently reporting on our progress going forward.

The documents listed below are currently available in Croatian only. English-language versions of selected corporate documents will be made available progressively.

Stakeholders

We build our sustainable business through ongoing dialogue with key stakeholders – shareholders and investors, business partners, suppliers and contractors, local communities and employees.

Supply chain sustainability

Ethics, transparency and fair dealing underpin our relationships with suppliers. We expect our suppliers, subcontractors and partners to meet the same standards that we apply in our own operations and to uphold them throughout their supply chains. Entering into a business relationship with the Company also means accepting the principles of our Supplier Code of Responsible Business Conduct, which covers:

• compliance with the law, integrity and fair business conduct, and anti-corruption;

• human rights (ILO, UN Guiding Principles, Global Compact) and the prohibition of forced and child labour;

• the prohibition of discrimination and harassment;

• occupational health and safety;

• environmental protection and responsible resource management;

• personal data protection;

• information and cybersecurity;

• confidentiality, protection of trade secrets and handling of inside information.

How we ensure implementation

We monitor compliance using a risk-based approach – through supplier declarations, assessments and documentation and, where necessary, audits.

Where non-compliance is identified, we agree on corrective measures.

Through our 2025–2030 Sustainability Strategy, we have also set a measurable target: by 2030, at least 80% of suppliers will have signed the Supplier Code of Responsible Business Conduct, which, among other things, governs the management of health and safety impacts on contractors performing wind farm maintenance.

Reporting irregularities and unethical conduct

Suspected violations of laws, the Company's internal acts or procedures, the Code of Conduct, as well as unlawful or unethical conduct, may be reported through the contact form below, by email at [email protected] or in writing to Ulica Ivana Lučića 2A, Zagreb. Reports may be submitted in writing or orally; oral reports may be made by telephone at +385 1 241 1111, through other voice messaging systems or, at the reporting person's request, at an in-person meeting within a reasonable period. Reports may be submitted anonymously.

Suppliers and their employees may use the same reporting channels to report potential breaches of the Supplier Code of Responsible Business Conduct.

The Company treats reports confidentially, takes reasonable measures to protect the identity of the reporting person and does not tolerate retaliation or other adverse consequences against anyone who reports a concern or irregularity in good faith.
