Mazin 2 Wind Farm is located in the Lika part of Zadar County, within the Municipality of Gračac, around 13 kilometres northeast of Gračac, at elevations ranging from approximately 700 to 950 metres. The area is characterised by an open, sparsely populated karst landscape, favourable wind conditions and minimal impact on permanently inhabited areas and land in agricultural use.

The project is covered by a ten-year virtual power purchase agreement (vPPA) with Hrvatski Telekom d.d. for the renewable electricity it generates. This was the first corporate vPPA of its kind in Croatia.
