Introduction
Professio Energia d.d. (the Company) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette No. 42/2018) and other applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Data controller

lodging a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The Company's personal data protection framework is further governed by internal policies that regulate specific areas of personal data processing in greater detail, including the Rules on Personal Data Protection and Oversight of Its Collection, Processing and Use, as well as specific privacy notices applicable to particular categories of data subjects.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in applicable law, business processes or the way in which personal data is processed.
